Maria the sales person was a princess
Maria the sales person was a princess, she treated us like royalty and explained the differences in the mattresses we liked. She gave us as much time as needed to choose our matress without being pushy. Overall a very pleasant experience in store and full credit to Maria and her assistant on the day.

Complicated made easy
The main guy who helped me was really chill. Spoke to me about what I wanted, and what i had looked at already. Talked me through the different types and pros/cons. Suggested I just lay and chill in the bed to test it out before buying. Overall good experience

First Class Service
Tom's customer service was first class. He was helpful and informative about the construction of mattresses and suggested I try the demonstration bed to find which type of mattress was the most appropriate. He was also thorough about bed frames and headboards, material and price-range. It was all in all a fun experience. Looking forward to delivery.

Great service
Stuart was amazing. I walked in and out within 30 minutes. He understood exactly what I was asking for, and helped me find the perfect mattress within a budget I was comfortable with. I asked about pillows and advised id just bought a tempur one. Instead of up selling me, he explained how to use it properly. I bought that at dreams and they didn't explain it.
Top tier service from Stuart, was a pleasure to meet him.

Having someone as knowledgeable about the vast range of beds as Stuart of Basingstoke Branch had, was invaluable. The store was well laid out and also having a large range of pillows is as important. We were given the time and all the queries we had were answered. Stuart was patient and knew when to offer up suggestions. A very valuable member of your staff.

Bensons - you are awesome
Our saleslady was friendly, and professional. We were able to get delivery within a week, which was fantastic!
We got several texts regarding the delivery and 2 phone calls to confirm we were home and we were prepared. The delivery was seamless, and our new kind size mattress was effortlessly carried upstairs to our bedroom. Courteous and friendly from start to finish. What a great experience! THANK YOU Bensons!

A great and helpful experience
A great experience. The salesperson, Maria, was exceedingly helpful with figuring out exactly what was wanted and offering solutions.
After divulging all relevant information and answering any questions, the sale was made expediently and with surprisingly fast delivery.
Would definitely recommend attending the store if your looking for a comfortable experience as you look for a new comfortable sleeping solution.

Lucia gave us all information we need and explained the different types of bed and mattress, including a mattress test.
WARNING…. DO NOT PARK OUTSIDE, Benson Bed show room, as you will get a £60 fine if you stay over 30 minutes. Park in large car park.
