A lovely Indian man served us at Beckton. He was really helpful and showed us lots of options before buying

We spent 2 days in Benson and the staff in the Beckton Branch were amazing. So patient with us as we were so indecisive. But they helped us choose 3 frames and mattress which we were able to put in finance. Thank you Tia, Aisha and the manager sheine.

I had the best experience at Harvey’s Store. The lady staff was extremely helpful and nice to me and this has prompted me to get the bed which I was hesitant about before going to the store.I’ll recommend the store to my friends and family.

Great in store service…the colleague who helped us knew everything there was to know about mattresses and helped us select a new one relatively swiftly. She also kindly gave our grumpy three year old some colouring pencils whilst we were paying to keep her happy.

All staff polite friendly and very helpful have purchased several times from here as they have good choice of items at a reasonable price would definitely return to this store

When choosing a bed and mattress, we were able to approach the staff and ask questions. Aisha was very helpful and spoke to us about the ranges of mattresses and what might suit us better. Aisha was very helpful with our situation of placing the order and keeping it on file until we actually needed the order to go through. We also got an extra 10% off of the mattress price on the day of ordering. Aisha explained all the finances, such as total cost, discount and delivery. She made sure it was exactly what we wanted before we committed to the finance.
Our experience was easy and would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds.

Great and helpful customer service both on the phone with Chelsea and Martyn and in the Beckton store. Not all service was great previously but these 2 people on the phone went the extra mile in helping solve the problem. In store, even though it was closing time, we were not rushed and time was taken to explain everything. Thank you

Absolute useless company. Ordered a wardrobe in august and it came with the wrong shelves. Took an extended 3 months to receive the correct shelves. Then the poor quality hanging rail just snapped. Ordered a replacement to only find out the numpty on the phone didn’t place an order. Then the second idiot who ordered it actually ordered the incorrect shelve size. These drips on the phone are useless and can’t do their job. How hard is it to get the order correct. Nearly a year later with the incorrect parts and half a wardrobe. Pathetic company. Would never use them again. Absolute useless.

Fantastic service. Was able to try a few mattresses out to find the right one for me; and then spent time bouncing ideas off of the staff, designing my new bedroom. It's refreshing to enjoy a bit of fun when shopping for expensive items.
