Excellent Delivery and Service

Excellent service and knowledge from staff that guided me to buy the best quality bed. Staff was extremely patient and helpful.

Company staff are rude and will not elaborate on company policy - will just ask that you talk to customer service and stone wall
The issue was that the order was still more than a week out to deliver but could not be cancelled without incurring a 20% charge.
For what reason is there a 20% charge? Nothing has been delivered, there is no admin, or anything.

We went in to find a mattress that we had found online & wanted to get more information & advice within the store. We was greeted by Cheriene, she was amazing & gave great advice which helped us decide on the right mattress for us. Ordered same day. Would highly recommend.

Ladies in bensons was so helpful full of information brilliant brilliant customer service very knowledge lovely people. When I was getting the delivery I knew exactly when they was coming they were very nice friendly men lovely service all round

The way we were greeted as we entered the store, friendly,efficient and very knowledgeable for our needs.
The whole procedure of choosing and sorting payments etc was good. A special thank you to Sharice.

Your representative showed patience and a good understanding of the various mattress types available , As a result I was able to select a suitable mattress and, am currently awaiting delivery. My only slight grumble is the lack of flexibility regarding delivery time slots.

Saw the wardrobe on line went to the beckton branch and saw Jay.. i wasn't sure of the pebble colour as I wanted a coffee or cream colour but Jay carried the beside cabinet around the store to show me the colour against the colour creams in the store and in the light.. its a beautiful wardrobe and Jay helped me decide on the pebble colour.. Thank you Jay. Your a great patient polite lovely salesman. Can't wait for bensons to deliver and install my wardrobes.

Friendly team, easy purchase process

Visited Beckton Bensons For Beds 06/12/25.
We were welcomed by Raj, assisted on shopping for a new bed mattress.
Service from start to finish, Raj helped ans guided us through.
Raj was very understanding, service was excellent.
Anyone who is looking for a new bed or bed mattress, I strongly recommend to visit Bensons For Beds Beckton and see Raj.

We came in looking for a mattress and were fortunate enough to bump into Jay.

Jay was the definition of above and beyond and speaking with him on the day was a genuine delight.

Ultimately we ended up purchasing from Bensons but much of this was directly a result from the positive experience and customer service we received.

It's rare to see such care and devotion in this day and age. Very happy!

We weren’t pounced on by a sales assistant as happened in the neighbouring store, Dreams. The sales assistant in Bensons acknowledged our presence, but left us alone to try several mattresses ourselves before introducing himself and welcoming us to the store. He guided us to the mattress types we were looking for, and in our price range, rather than telling us we needed to buy one for over 2k. He was respectful when we were trying mattresses in his presence, turning away and not saying anything until we stood up, and then he only asked how we found it. We purchased a mattress without pressure and also bought two new pillows without being offered any. We will definitely buy from Bensons again because of this experience.

Great customer service and good product all around

Excellent shop service

Unhappy experience with my purchase. I was informed that my instalment plan application had been rejected — something I was not made aware of during the purchase process. Unfortunately, this rejection has now affected my credit score.
As a new resident in the country, this information should have been communicated clearly at the time of purchase, also it was not noted on the applicat. When I contacted customer service, the representative advised me to cancel the order instead of addressing my concern, which was quite disappointing.
I later spoke with the sales associate who originally assisted me, and she informed me that the application was rejected because I have only been in the country for ten months. I requested to speak with the store manager, but I was told that the manager will not be available until Thursday.
I would like to stress that I have no issue paying the full amount; however, the instalment plan was offered to me, and I trusted that the necessary eligibility checks had been made before submission. Adding to my frustration, I have also been told that my items will take six weeks to arrive as they are not currently in stock.
I am deeply concerned about the negative impact this incident has had on my credit score and would appreciate a call from management to discuss this matter and to seek a fair resolution.

The store in Beckton was neat and well laid out and so forth, but what was particularly impressive about the Benson's experience for my partner and I that day was the skill and input from the sales person Ayesha. She was extremely knowledgeable, took us thru various options with lots of information and speed, and was very friendly and easy to be with as well. To tell you the truth, our original plan that day was to look at both Benson's AND Dreams in that Beckton mall that day and then decide on a bed to buy, but Ayesha was so impressive and thorough, that we just decided to go with her and Benson's based on her performance that day--and skip Dreams. Could be time for a raise for Ayesha in our opinion!
