I recently purchased a bed from Bensons for Beds, Shane Retail Park, Belfast and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. This was my first time shopping with Bensons, and the service exceeded my expectations from start to finish.
A special thank you to Fiona, who looked after us in store. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to help us choose the right bed without any pressure. Her excellent customer service made the whole buying process hassle free.
Everything from the point of sale through to delivery and receipt of our order was seamless and professional. The delivery team were punctual, courteous and took great care.
Most importantly, our new bed is incredibly comfortable and has been worth every penny. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bensons for Beds Belfast to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer service.
