The assistant showed us the bed we was interested in and explained everything about it including the mattress and about the aftercare , she went through everything slowly and in detail including the finance and delivery, could not fault the experience.

We can't thank Lisa and her assistant Samara,for their support in the parchase of our bed, and sorting out the problem we with our delivery (wrong bed bases). Fone bensons customer service, who were rubbish. Went into the store, Wolverhampton, Lisa the store manager was brilliant, I wish I could say the same for thier customer service operatives. She's got excellent customer service experience, and was very helpful, she's the reason we still are with bensons for beds. Thanks you so much for your support and help. Keep up the good work 👏

New ottoman and mattress delivered on 23rd August 2024.Two bed technicaians could not assembl the bed.They left me with a bed that was not fit for the purpose it was sold for. The first available appointment is 6th September this is awful as it is a 14 day wait without my bed .I am having to sleep on the floor as a cancer patient with health issues .this is the 3rd faulty bed delivered all three beds are faulty ..This has caused me so much trouble and suffering. I am disappointed and disgusted with Benson for beds and will never recommend Benson for beds to anyone .I have photos of the damaged bed ..Wolverhampton Benson for beds very unhelpful.
