From entering the store not knowing…could not be happier
From entering the store not knowing what I needed to the delivery of bed mattress and second mattress I received excellent efficient and helpful service. Once I made my decision I was kept informed throughout. I would not hesitate in recommending Bensons for Beds. Special mention for Lynne who was helpful informative polite and friendly.

Purchased a mattress from the Bishop Auckland store, Wanted a good mattress to support my back problem, spoke to Steph who was super helpful, very supportive & knowledgeable, she was patient and listened and wasn't pushy, my daughter thought she was fun which made the experience so much easier as its never easy shopping with a 12 yr old if you're not shopping for them 😂. Would highly recommend
