Excellent customer service, nice professional welcome when I entered shop, young salesman, Calum introduced himself, asked a few questions and then suggested I tried a mattress simulator, which I did and he suggested which type of mattress might suit me.
I returned next day an gave Calum the order, new mattress was delivered a week later, again very professional delivery service, I even received a phone call a half hour before delivery. I would like to thank all members of staff for their help.

We took my elderly aunt to buy a new bed at Bishopbriggs Store. Fantastic service from lovely blonde lady (sorry didn’t catch name). My aunt going into assisted living and member of staff was so knowledgeable and took the extra time to make sure she got just the right bed. Advised us of the best deals and so my aunt left a very happy customer. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you 😊

I’m very pleased with my Sofa bed. I was treated well at the Store. The delivery arrangement was perfect I had frequent updates re delivery. The delivery was easy and the men were very helpful. Altogether a good experience with Bensons.

It was a very chilled experience staff where helpful but not overpowering trying to sell , asked me what I wanted budget and stuff , Chris helped me both days I went in very informative about beds mattresses so it was just up to me to pick , then ordered it and it comes in 2 weeks so it was quick , so I’d definitely go back to bensons if I ever need another bed , had my old one 20 years let’s hope this the same.
