Very friendly service.
Barbara couldn’t have been nicer, she didn’t rush anything and was keen to go through all options.
It was also nice that she didn’t make me feel any pressure to commit to something if I wasn’t sold on it 100%
The bed hasn’t been delivered yet but I definitely recommend bensons at strathkelvin retail park.

Made very welcome
Made very welcome, in a friendly manner, was shown to test bed and tried a few beds. I was only looking to replace a mattress. Eventually settled on one. Paying process was fully explained and the procedure from then on. Altogether a very enjoyable experience thanks to the knowledge of the sales person.

Barbara a manager who sets very high standards.
Once again great service provided by a fantastic customer representative Barbara remembered me from my last purchase 2 years ago ,with a pleasant smile and laid back professional approach to meeting my requirements.After matching me to the correct product she then explained pillows sleep positions and how the mattress works and only then when I was satisfied did we do the sale and arrange delivery a great focused customer service package indeed .

Excellent service
I bought a wardrobe on Saturday the 10th of May and the next Tuesday I noticed that the same wardrobes were now on 25% discount.
I called to cancel the order and I was assisted with the cancellation and offered the discounted price which I gladly accepted and had everything done and setup seamlessly.
