Exceptional customer service in store…
Exceptional customer service in store when we went in to decide which mattress to purchase. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their products and their technology they use to help us choose the perfect mattress that suited both my wife and my preferences was impressive. Delivery went like clockwork and I would highly recommend this company to others in need of a new bed or mattress. Over all ~ Excellent. Thank you.

Good experience
Good advice from Kevin at the Blackpool store and a reassurance of mattress exchange if it's found to be uncomfortable. When it was delivered, Chris and colleague were extremely pleasant, accommodating and respectful to our carpets by putting on shoe covers when carrying the mattress up to our 2nd story bedroom and on their way down we're kind enough to carry the old mattress to ground level! 11/10!

I was kept informed of delivery date…
I was kept informed of delivery date and time and the installers were efficient and friendly. My old mattress and divan were taken away and everywhere was left clean and tidy.

The bed is great But the service from…
The bed is great But the service from Bensons ( right through ) has been poor !
The first invoice was wrong , we had to pay up front ( over £2000) for a delivery date 3 months in advance ( having been told initially the it would be 3weeks) then that was further delayed
Upon delivery - although the service appeared good) we discovered they had trapped a bedside lamp wire with in the bed frame which has proved impossible to remove and rendered the lamp in Sao as it may be a fire hazard if we try to use it
Finally I’ve tried several times to contact them to sort this out and have had no success ( still waiting an initial call back)

Excellent service
We just popped in to take a look one evening. The member of staff was excellent. She offered help but was willing to give us enough time to take a look ourselves. Then she offered help again and suggested the mattress check. All the time polite, helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy.
We left that evening with a quote and thinking time. My husband returned the next day to buy the type of mattress and new bed that had been suggested.
