Good selection of beds and excellent customer service
The shop in Blyth was well laid out and the staff were very knowledgeable about their stock and the comparisons between the different manufacturers of the bed bases, mattresses, etc. More importantly the shop assistant listened to what we wanted and showed us the relevant stock.
Prices were competitive and reasonable value. A delivery lead time of 3 weeks was fine.
We needed to adjust our order a couple of days afterwards and it was done without fuss having checked that it could be done.

Lisa and her colleague could not be any more helpful.
They did NOT push us to purchase the most expensive one, we started at the cheaper end. But loved the Tempur. They had all the time in world to assist us.

When we first entered the shop a member of staff introduced themself and said if we had any questions or needed help with anything to give a shout. Then we were left alone to try out several beds and pillows which was great. Ben at the Blyth store was very helpful, informative and knowledgable and very friendly. Great customer service. Andy Mac and Andy P delivered and took away the old mattress quickly, cleanly, were very polite and friendly and kept me informed all the way on day of delivery. Can’t rate them all highly enough!
