Service, expertise, beds, brilliant
We had a brilliant experience buying beds with Bensons for our first move in 43 years when we downsized from a semi to an apartment, but upsized from a double to a super king as our main bed and from a double to a single for our guest bed. It was our second experience with Bensons Beds and just as good an experience as the previous occasion. All of the staff that we came in contact with at your Blyth branch with were brilliant from the Sales Lady, to the delivery/assembly person and the Manager. A first class service. Meanwhile we are very much enjoying our brilliant beds.

Delivered on time and were kept informed throughout
Delivery guys were professional , courteous and friendly- did a great job, and with 2 super kingsize mattresses too as we got our old one removed !
We have had mattress from them before so we weren’t worried about the quality
I couldn’t fault and wouldn’t buy anywhere else

Good selection of beds and excellent customer service
The shop in Blyth was well laid out and the staff were very knowledgeable about their stock and the comparisons between the different manufacturers of the bed bases, mattresses, etc. More importantly the shop assistant listened to what we wanted and showed us the relevant stock.
Prices were competitive and reasonable value. A delivery lead time of 3 weeks was fine.
We needed to adjust our order a couple of days afterwards and it was done without fuss having checked that it could be done.

Helpful service without being over powering
We went into the showroom and had a chance to look around before someone came over to help and when he did he was great. He explained everything and gave us time to think I would definitely recommend to a friend and the delivery service was pain free. Great job guys

Awful customer service if you have an issue
Awful.customer service. Poor communication post sales and was sold a bed and mattress that are not compatible. Impossible to get anything sorted just keep passing from person to person. After contacting CEO I was passed to another person who was worse than useless. 2 technicians have been out the first confirmed the bed and mattress were incompatible but she didnt believe him and sent another. The second technucian now said it was inconclusive but she didnt believe him either so wanted to send a third technician. I have since been informed Bensons beds and mattresses are manufactured and delivered as separate units so may not be compatible on delivery. However good luck if you contact customer service. Now pursuing charge back with credit card company. Sadly I cant use charge back as the goods are not faulty just incompatible which should have been highlighted at point of sale. Final option is the small claims court but having asked Bensons for a Subject Access Request the link they sent me does not work which does not surprise me.
Like all companies dont judge them by the times they get it right judge them when there is a problem.
Please avoid this company if there is an issue it will not be sorted that is their only 100% guarantee

Lisa and her colleague could not be any more helpful.
They did NOT push us to purchase the most expensive one, we started at the cheaper end. But loved the Tempur. They had all the time in world to assist us.
