There was no pressure to buy, but both assistants we dealt with were well informed and answered all my questions succinctly. Courteous and pleasant attitude on both Tuesday & Wednesday. Well done

Excellent service
Excellent service from Zam and Chloe at the Boltongate store. No sales pressure from either of them, but most helpful when I needed assistance. Zam in particular was very pleasant in dealing with all the questions I put to him on my second visit to the store. Hope all goes just as well with the delivery.

Excellent sales staff
The member of staff listened to what we wanted, then gave us a choice of beds to try. They calmly explained the ordering and delivery process. They explained the finance options. All in all an excellent shopping experience.
