It was a good experience. I’d already made up my mind really which bed I was going to buy before I went into the shop. However, the shop assistants were still very helpful in making my final decision.

The experience in the shop was very good with staff who seem to know what they were doing. However, I cannot comment on the quality of the bed as it has not yet been delivered.

The most pleasant experience of bed shopping. From showroom to delivery staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this company unreservedly.

Having popped into the shop to check out the quality of something we had seen online, we were met with a smile and knowledge of the products and offers available. The young lady who serviced us was extremely accommodating and we are glad we took the time to visit the showroom.

Great customer service. Not pushy in any way. Tried several mattresses but still a bit unsure. Returned after a week and eventually went for the original mattress I liked. Better still it arrives in under 2 weeks.

Very friendly and helpful staff from the minute we walked in. Knew exactly the product we were after (wanted similar mattress as we had previously purchased a few years back but in a different size) and were knowledgable about stock. Brilliant service!
