First rate service…
The showroom was undergoing refurbishment. However, this did not deter from the warm welcome we received and the time we were given in making our purchase.

Purchased A Solid Oak Wardrobe A Brand…
Purchased A Solid Oak Wardrobe A Brand Solid Oak Double Ottoman Bed & A Mattress. At the Time Of Purchase (No Finance Just Straight Payment) I Was Led To Believe That My Mattress Was (Medium).
The Sales Man Just Said Sign Here & Here & Payment Was Taken. Didnt Get Asked To Read Anything. Off We Went & Had To Wait Just Over 2 Wks Of Waiting & Sleeping On The Bedroom Floor As We Had No Bed Or Mattress As Ours Broke.
When The Bed & Mattress Arrived We Didnt Think Or Relise That It Was An Extra Firm. We Put On The Mattress Protector & Tried The Mattress For Over A Week When We Couldnt Take It Anymore. We Spoke To The Store Who Just Stated To Come Find Another One & They Will Exchange It. No Mention Of Any Charges At All Ever. So On 08.09.26 We Went Into Store & Told Them We Just Wanted To Exchange Our Mattress For Same Mattress But In Medium Like We Originally Purchased. The Sales Man Did All The Paperwork & Then Proceeded To State We Had To Pay A Charge If We Wanted To Exchange The Mattress (First We Heard Of Any Charges We Needed To Pay After The Amount Of Money We Have Spent In Store.
We Had To Pay £49. Or We Would Be Stuck With This Hard Mattress We Paid Alot Of Money For. We Also Now Have To Wait Over 4wks Longer For The New Mattress To Arrive On 01.10.26 So We Are Having To Sleep Either On The Hard Mattress Or On The Floor On A Blow Up Mattress Which We Are Going To Have To Buy. We Cant Use This Mattress Any Longer. We Are Not Getting Any Sleep At All. Very Dissapointed.

Excellent customer service! The sales assistant was patient, knowledgeable and helped my elderly mother choose the best mattress for her needs. The cost was competitive with other quotes. The delivery and recycle service was faultless.
