I went to Bensons as I have purchased from them before. Last mattress was from another store and the service was evidentially different. Bensons people are helpful and have a passion and knowledge about the product which really helps you make the right choice. Sue in Cannock was amazing. The company have great products - but the main difference is the people.

Our experience with Bensons for beds was an extremely good one, the young lady (Suzzanne I believe her name was) was very polite, extremely helpful and professional. She helped us and advised us on the right bed to suit our needs.
she was also very patient with us as we couldn’t choose at first because there’s so many choices (which is fantastic)
We love the way Bensons work in such as “your bed your way” it gives you a lot more choices. Highly recommended

Great sales staff at cannock branch. The lady helped us chose a bed and mattress which came with free igel pillows. The mattress is so comfy! only downside is they've very deep these days so getting on and off the bed isn't as easy as the lower mattresses.
