Terrible service from the very beginning.
Mistakes from sitting in the shop, getting the price wrong, delays and changing delivery dates, then a delivery no show (due to an error with their system apparently) resulting in us having to sleep on the floor for 10 days due to taking our bed down expecting delivery which did not arrive.
Then finally when it does arrive, the product was dirty and the delivery guys did not deliver to the room.
Shocking service!

Suzanne was very helpful, polite and patient, listened to our needs and explained everything to us without being pushy

The whole purchasing experience in store was enjoyable without being overdone

Liked that the staff did not pounce on you as soon as you walked in the door, giving time to browse.

When we decided on what bed / mattress we wanted to look at, Sue, the sales lady who spoke to us, was helpful & informative, but without us feeling pressured to buy anything.

I visited the store on 16th February 2025 where my husband and I once we approached the desk area were greeted by two female members who were seated there.

Initially they were pleasant upon greeting us and we were the only customers in the store but when my husband asked them for help and requested information on single beds in terms of sizing the older lady openly stated very dismissingly that she had "no idea what metrics my husband is going on about and that she only knew it to be in feet measurements as per what she's been taught". My husband let this dismissive response pass and proceeded to discuss single beds.

I then approached and asked about single beds where the same older lady questioned about "divan" beds. I replied I'm unsure what a "divan" bed was in which the other lady with brown hair began laughing hysterically and the older lady proceeded to roll her eyes. My husband clearly pointed out to both the staff members that it's not every day we buy beds and walked away annoyed and actually proceeded say to both the staff members that he was leaving to go next door to Dreams furniture.

I realising how rude they were, both staff members then tried to make an attempt to leave the desk area to help us. My husband at this point was unhappy and walked away however in order to diffuse the situation I then interacted and spoke with the older lady regarding information on beds.

We left that store feeling very insulted. And then went next door to Dreams whereby we purchased 3 single high speck beds and 3 single mattresses, a king size bed and mattress totalling £9695.

The service in Dreams was amazing and not once were they insulting or condescending.

These sales assistants are a very poor representation of the company and both really need to be re-trained not only in customer service but also on product service.
I have contacted bensons for beds but no acknowledgement whatsoever

First class service in every way from purchasing to delivery

On time polite, put materes where we wanted, all rubbish taken away.

We were welcomed by friendly staff. Luke showed us around. He was very friendly, funny, helpful, polite as well as professional. Great sales team.

I'd seen some offers online, but wanted to go in store to ensure I got the best mattress for myself.
After a quick look around the store, Emma asked if she could be of any assistance. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and patient whilst I tested out some mattresses. I was really impressed and ordered the bed and mattress there and then. Would highly recommend Emma at Bensons for Beds, Cannock, to anyone who was looking to buy a new bed and/or mattress. Thank you.

Customer service advisor was very helpful informing us on offers. Only negative don't agree with delivery charge when spending a large amount of money

The staff were friendly and the store was presented well. The only thing I disliked was when we were approached when entering the store we stated we were just looking but was then followed asking us questions which I didn’t like, we were left alone after a while and was able to make a decision. However the staff were helpful and we proceeded to purchase a bed

Sue was friendly, informative and skilled in recognising my needs and guided my purchase very well indeed. There was an excellent selection of beds to choose from and I was pleasantly surprised at my final invoice.
