this was my second purchase from Carlisle Bensons shop. This time I met Victoria who very attentively picked up all my cues of needs and wants and guided me to a small selection of mattresses which would fill my needs. Victoria and Carl (manager) were strongly supportive of my previously disappointing experience with a mattress and made the purchase decision relatively easy. I await the delivery and trial period with eagerness.

Our sales person was great. Kept popping back to us to answer questions and offer suggestions but wasn't pushy. Knew her product very well and understood what we were after. Patience of a saint.

There were so many beds to choose from, Lisa made choosing a mattress easier. She did a profile on me, to determine how I sleep, if I had a back problem etc. Lisa could not have been more helpful, with her advice and friendly service. I would certainly recommend Bensons for Beds 😀

Victoria served us is the Carlisle store, we were moving house and decided to treat ourselves to a new mattress, she was amazing and really guided us through the process and we felt very comfortable and didn’t feel pressured that we had to buy anything. Thank you so much Victoria we will definitely be coming again for any new beds or mattresses :)

Really helpful advice in the store. Half the price of what I’d been quoted from another store, and what I got was more practical. Really pleased.

Easy to order, good communication about delivery times, delivered on time, sofa bed easy to assemble and perfect for a spare room. Not slept on but seems comfortable. Only thing which would've made it easier is to have more flexibility with times for delivery, was able to work from home but if not would have been harder to be in for a delivery time.

Quick, easy, no pressure understood exactly what I wanted and a very pleasant experience.

Bought a Simba mattress with a ten year guarantee first one failed to expand and was replaced second developed a 6 cm depression in centre but apparently this is acceptable by Bensons so guarantee not honoured my fault for not rotating it despite a bed technician saying no amount of rotation would have helped and 2 cm is the max depression.
Will not be returning to this store.
