Great experience
The staff in the shop were knowledgeable and informative, we were not rushed into a purchase but given time to select the mattress we wanted. Delivery was delayed by manufacturing problems but we were kept informed and a new delivery date given an stuck to. Delivery staff contacted me to tell me a delivery time. And they delivered into the bedroom as requested. Spot on team

Jude was great
The assistant Jude was brilliant and highly recommend her.
The only thing that puzzled me and it was nothing to do with the service was the added costs such as assembly of beds which wasn't mentioned. I just noticed them in the invoice. Costs should be explicit at the time if purchase. An extra £60 plus disposal of £100 which I understood to be _90 is a lot plus delivery . I assume this is your sales policy but costs should be clearer at the time. Also I'm not sure what assembly of a single bed can entail but no option was given.

Ex showroom stock
Got an ex showroom mattress and really happy with it.
For the price it is great. I overspent alot on my new bedroom and was happy to have an ex show room mattress.
It's the most comfy mattress I've ever slept on. Like a nice hotel bed. Fits my kingsize perfectly. Would use again and recommend. Delivery company good too.

An amazing experience
From entering the store we were made welcome with a cherry Hello . We had a look around and then Jim approached us asked what we were looking for and proceeded to advise about the different types of mattresses gave us examples of the ones we were wanting and left us to try out different ones. No hard sell . We tried some out and decided on one we wanted. Went to the desk and Jim sorted it all out gave us a couple of dates for delivery the next week and set the process in motion. We were kept informed about our delivery and when the day came we had everything ready. The 2 lads that delivered it were great rang to say they were running early and could they make the delivery sooner which was good for us . They had everything sorted in next to no time they asked if everything was ok and said goodbye and left on to their next job . An amazing job done All in all I would recommend Bensons for Beds to everyone.
