Staff helpful in store
Staff helpful in store. Short delivery times avoided staying in all day. Driver telephoned so say that he would be with me in 40 minutes which he was & within the delivery times given.

Had a visit to the shop to have a look at a sofa bed I saw online. The salesperson, Demi, was really helpful to check if it would be delivered in time and to do the order.

Buying a new bed made easy by Bensons for Beds.
Kept up to date re time my bed would arrive.Driver and mate very polite. Unloaded everything to do with the bed into the living room taking boots off at the front door. They then carried everything into the bedroom where the worked for approximately 20 minutes before inviting me inspect and learn about my new bed. They explained everything clearly and made sure I could use the remote to raise the foot of the ottoman bed. They collected every last scrap of packaging and bid me farewell. Overall a really good experience and I will recommend Bensons for beds to friends and family. Thank you.

Knowledgeable but sharp!
Knowledgeable, helpful and patient service. Be careful when offered discounts. Get it clear what you've been offered and make sure it is correct on your invoice. We were disappointed because we thought we were getting around £100 discount but ended up with £12!

Great service
From the staff in the shop to the folks who delivered the bed - everyone was cheerful and professional. I felt informed about delivery times and received updates all the way through.
