My experience of purchasing my bed is…
My experience of purchasing my bed is not one to be remembered. I actually asked the salesman which bed was I having! not the best start. The bed is too high for me. I have already fallen out of it 3 times. The matress is hard and lumpy. A mistake I will always regret.

Hard upsell not a white glove delivery
promised a "white glove" delivery but it was just a normal delivery.. very pushy on the phone sale always being untruthful to upsell assume that customers are not savvy.....delivery men spoke in their homeland native language in customers home where the customer was elderly and English racism works both ways. definitely not worth the money , will learn from my parents delivery and buy our bed elsewhere. Maybe Bensons will show customers more respect in future train delivery people .
