Received great customer care,when i visited the Colindale Brancht twice, sales manager explained the comfort of the mattress, as i am purchasing for my mother needed a orthopaedic mattress.
Managed to get a discount with my blue light card,Mo the Branch Manager was very informative and help me with this, just awaiting for deliver now.

We visited the Colindale store looking for a king size ottoman bed. On arrival at the store we were met by several sales staff who were very friendly and helpful. We finally sat down with the store manager Mo, who was very, politely, helpful and knowledgeable. Mo gave use some really good options and some great advice on side open, end opening plus he mentioned dimensions and delivery details. We came away after placing the order, very happy with our purchase. We would like to say a big thank you to Mo especially and his team.
