The choice of beds and accessories was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The entire process from walking into the store to having our new bed arrive at our house was smooth and hassle-free.

Staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We were directed to mattresses we were interested in and the member of staff answered our questions thoroughly. We were then left to browse and try different mattresses without being followed or pestered to make a purchase. It made a refreshing change. We are now excited to take delivery of our new mattress.

The two members of staff who helped us were very well informed and not in the least pushy. Businesses are going to have to start reintroducing more face to face selling in order to satisfy customers. The novelty of online is wearing thin when it comes to large item purchasing. Sales bots just don't cut it. The staff at Bensons Crewe were excellent.
