The sales assistant was great. No hard sell. He just checked what we we needed and pointed us in the right direction. We didn't feel rushed at all . He just checked in with us now and again if we had any questions. Was very helpful and knowledgeable... and friendly !

wonderful customer services and the price was affordable for a quality product.
Also there was so much choice

Alton, at the Croydon branch was very helpful and gave great advice. I asked lots of questions and kept changing my mind and he stayed cheerful and patient.

We ordered two beds and two mattresses in January so that we would have them delivered in good time before I had my baby but the order was postponed twice. After a lot of chasing I had the frames delivered but not the mattresses as there was a manufacturing problem. I have twins sleeping on their cot bed mattresses on adult size bed frames. I’m still waiting on the mattresses which they say will be delivered after my baby is born. This is all stress I don’t need leading up the end of my pregnancy. The two stars is only because the in store staff have helped split the order into two and had the frames delivered.

In store person who served us was friendly, helpful and gave us time to decide which mattress we preferred.

Both delivery personnel were friendly, helpful and conscientious. Both a credit to Bensons.

The store was well presented and staff on hand however when the order was placed we were over charged for delivery and then told it was because the machine defaults to charging for multiple items being delivered. This is not acceptable and had I not previously been told the price on a prior visit and then reread the notice it would have gone ahead unchecked
It is not my job to check the details of delivery pricing and staff should do that as a matter of procedure

Shame about the delivery guy John who specifically quoted delivery between 1 and 1.30 pm but failed to arrive until 3.45 and thereby messing up our whole afternnon/ evening plans.

We were able to try out all the beds to find a best fit for us. No rush. No forcing us to buy.

Kelvin was a star. He greeted my sister and I and it really set the positive tone of my shopping experience. He had such patience as I tested out different Orthopaedic and extra firm beds. He gave sound advice, which aided me picking the right mattress for me, especially and I have experienced severe lower back pain for the past 5 years.
His customers service was brilliant. My other sister will be going there to buy her new bed, based on me sharing my experience.

The person who served me, Zaidu, was helpful and informative, explaining things to me when I asked questions. Even though there were other customers around, he was willing to take time with me, to ensure that I was happy with my final choice of mattress.

I tried to purchase a £1100 mattress with a deposit of £400.the finance department turned me down.ive asked a well established accountant who's my cousin they turned him down too..what a foolishness applying for no interest finance.in other hand I've paid deposit in cash they say if I want a refund it has to be a bank transfer.its a total con.

I did not have to hang around for help, assistance was provided straightaway.

Absolutely Disgusted with Benson Beds Delivery Service - AVOID!
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the utterly appalling delivery service I received from Benson Beds. I recently purchased a mattress from your store, and the entire experience has been a nightmare.
During the purchase process, I specifically confirmed with the salesperson that the delivery team would bring the mattress upstairs to my bedroom. This was a crucial factor in my decision to buy from Benson Beds, as I am physically unable to carry a mattress myself. The salesperson assured me this wouldn't be a problem.
Fast forward to the delivery day, and the two delivery men refused to bring the mattress upstairs. Their excuse? They claimed they couldn't bend the mattress due to the springs inside. This is completely unacceptable! If the mattress couldn't be maneuvered upstairs, I should have been informed of this before I made the purchase. The salesperson clearly misled me, and the delivery team offered no solution whatsoever. They simply left the mattress in my hallway, leaving me stranded and incredibly inconvenienced.
Now I'm left with a brand new mattress blocking my hallway, and I have no way of getting it to my bedroom. This is beyond ridiculous. The complete lack of communication and the blatant disregard for customer service is shocking.
I am incredibly dissatisfied with Benson Beds. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a mattress from this company to think twice. If they can't even deliver a mattress as promised, what else can they mess up? I had contacted the customer service to let them know what had happened and she said i wll come back to you on this matter and i haven't response yet. Until then, I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know, and I will certainly
not be recommending Benson Beds to anyone. Everyone in all the departments needs to know we the coustmer are paying for thier wages and my purchase and paid for the delivery charges and still end up asking neighbours to help put the mattress to the bedroom and my purchase was not small amount.very sad that they hire companies who do half thier jobs and rip off people

Excellent service from Sales person Kelvin to delivery. Was kept informed of delivery times.

Attentive sales staff whilst not being overbearing. I think the delivery charges are unpalatable and need to be reconsidered.

Had a great person who knew how to inform us on every mattress we asked about and helped gear me to the mattress I ended o buying that day! His name was Kelvin a great help :)

As landlords we were looking to replace a couple of mattresses and managed to make it to the Bensons sale. I was really happy with the prices I achieved and I think their disposal of old mattresses is a fairly priced service. As I am on my own, it was a relief to be informed that I need not move the old mattresses because the delivery team will remove them from the beds themselves and wrap them in green polythene to carry them out. What a relief!
