I was given space and time to browse and once I had some questions I was given really useful information which helped me decide immediately which choice to make.

Staff was very informative and made sure I knew what I was purchasing, she showed me all the mattresses within my budget and explained the differences in comfort and price, she was very polite and nothing was too much trouble. All in all a very pleasant experience thank you 👍

It was nice being able to walk into a store, see friendly and welcoming faces that greet, yet refrain from that typical sales person ‘pounce’ approach.

My daughter and I had only been in the shop for a couple of minutes when we were approached by Andy. He was extremely knowledgeable about what kind of mattress I would need for my chronic pain condition. Andy showed us lots of different mattresses, he didn’t make us feel rushed and I enjoyed his sense of humour and ease of manner.

Shame most of the reviews are about the in store service and little about their delivery. Ordered new (expensive)mattress on 30th Dec, told will be delivered 23rd Jan, 1/2hr before delivery end time had a call saying not been loaded redelivery 31st Jan, another call day before delivery telling us not on truck won’t be delivered (fuming) 2 minutes later another call yes it will be delivered. 45min after delivery deadline no mattress no call from them. Call to customer service, so sorry we can understand your disappointment (unless it’s happened to you ‘twice’ no you have no idea how I’m feeling.) Delivery charge taken off will call back with new date…Should have stuck to our guns and gone with Dreams. Will never use nor recommend Benson. The 1 star rating was because you can’t give 0 stars. The sales staff who get their commission through sales, i said the mattress was more than we were planning on spending, all of a sudden there was a £285 discount……Strange how the pricing works.
Update: New delivery date 6th Feb (still fuming)
