Friendly staff and a great choice. The only annoyance was a delivery charge. We were going to collect from the store but their policy was to deliver to the home so that was obviously an extra charge!

We had a great experience purchasing our new mattress from the Dumfries branch. Charlie couldn't of been any more helpful, gave us all the knowledge and information we needed and then also space to make our own decision. Now just to wait for our delivery.

No pressure
No pressure, we knew what we had come to see. Charlie offered us another option, slightly more expensive, but didn't push us in any way. We stuck with our first choice after trying both.

The gentleman in the Dumfries branch…
The gentleman in the Dumfries branch couldnt have been more helpful with my husband and I. So polite and didnt push us in any way which to us is always a bonus. Also honesty as it was a lot of money we were spending. recommend the store.

GREAT RANGE OF BEDS
The range of beds, bed frames and mattresses is excellent. The options were numerous and could be tailored to our needs. The prices ranged from affordable to luxury so something for everyone. The sales assistant was excellent - he was very helpful without being pushy and his knowledge along with his customer service skills were superb. Wouldn't hesitate to go back to Bensons.

Store had a large range of mattresses on offer and the sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the different features each had.
Our assistant Kristie was very friendly and helpful. She quickly understood our needs re a new mattress and showed us to the most suitable and ran through their different features. We were also impressed with the huge stock this store keeps. Would recommend Bensons to anyone.

Very informative salesman in the Dumfries branch helped us choose our frame and mattress, liked he let us browse on our own first without pressure to buy, happy to change the order when I changed my mind about the frame, great experience would definitely use again, forgotten the salesman’s name but 10 out of 10 for you,

Charlie and his colleague were extremely helpful as I was looking for a new mattress for a single electric bed. They allowed me time to make up my mind. I also wanted a new headboard and this was also purchased successfully. I found their knowledge of products was excellent.
