I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as the go to place for mattresses and beds. From browsing in the showroom initially and being professionally advised by Paul to the correct mattress for my medical condition. Placed our order,the communication for our delivery date and logistics team on the scheduled delivery day, to approximate allocated time slot was excellent.

Terrible customer service
Elderly parents ordered and paid for electric bed and headboard 8 weeks ago delived bed only no headboard. Terrible customer service. The manager of the shop could only escalate by sending email to customer service. No effort made from shop or customer service to sort. Constantly having to ring to get updates which they did not have. No response from official complaint to customer service. Told last week their delivery company was picking it up last week Told today when I contacted via social media collecting headboard today and the company would be in touch next week to organise delivery. A 3 week delay from delivery of bed frame and no further forward. Avoid this company

Choosing a new bed
When we went to choose our new bed and mattress, the sales person explained the various options which was very helpful. We never felt under any pressure to buy and he was very courteous. We returned the next day to buy a new mattress, divan base, headboard and mattress protector
