What a great experience we had purchasing our adjustable bed at your store in Gillingham. Odette, Andy and the team were welcoming without pressure and really made us feel at ease. Their knowledge of the products is impeccable and they really made sure that we purchased exactly what we needed. We can not recommend Bensons highly enough.

Let down at the end
While we had a good in store experience, the delivery let everything down. The delivery team "couldn't" get the futon up the stairs (I managed single handedly) and the packaging / rubbish wasn't taken away.
When paying almost £3,000 for goods, this isn't the service I would expect

Assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different products. We were looking for a new mattress and we were able to take out time and try different types of mattress until we found something suitable.

Efficient and friendly from the moment we entered the store
Brilliant service from the moment we entered the shop. Odette answered our questions, directed us to where we needed to look and left us to choose. When we asked for her help she was there, no fuss, no bother, just a smooth transaction. Mattress ordered, date for delivery chosen, all so smoothly. We were kept informed by text to say when to expect it, on delivery day the driver phoned to say what time he would be here. Mattress arrived, the guys covered their shoes on entry, carried it to bedroom, placed it and all was done. I would highly recommend this efficient, friendly service.
