Bensons For Beds - Glasgow Great Western660 Opiniões

What can I say the best bed I’ve ever had and delivered on time and the delivery men were great very polite overall fantastic best sleep ever highly recommended bensons for beds

Great store- opportunity to work out which mattress was best for us; then ordered online, found the website to be very helpful; then communications with delivery arrangements were all clear, and most importantly, the mattress we bought is excellent.

Purchased a new mattress for double bed.
Excellent service and sales person (Amy) extremely knowledgeable of products in store.

I was looking for a specific bed frame online with a shorter delivery slot than advertised.
I telephone the Drumchapel store and spoke with Amy. Amy took details and called me very quickly and managed to get me everything I needed. She also looked into
relevant mattresses for our specific requirements. I had trolled the internet for ages looking ant different websites. Amy sorted it all out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you

Visited 2 stores and staff were excellent in both. Very knowledgeable and so helpful. Great choice of bed frames, bases, headboards, materials etc and great you can choose whatever combination you want from a large selection of styles, materials and colours.

Went in to order a bed and mattress we saw online. Umran was very helpful and not pushy. We ended up choosing a better (and more expensive) mattress, our decision. Everything was professionally done.

I recently purchased a bed and mattress from Bensons, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Amy, the sales assistant who helped us, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different products, helping us find the perfect bed and mattress to suit both our needs and budget.

Amy took the time to listen to what we were looking for and made recommendations that felt personalised, rather than just pushing for a sale. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and she was patient as we asked questions and considered our options. It was clear she genuinely cared about ensuring we were happy with our purchase.

Thanks to Amy’s expertise, we left the store confident we had made the right choice, and we are so excited to enjoy our new bed. If you’re shopping at Bensons, I highly recommend asking for Amy – she truly made the experience exceptional!

We used Bensons for Beds a lot as we have holiday accommodation always on the ball when it comes to ordering and delivery kept up-to-date in between that and also after delivery

Everything was done to help us choose the right product

The man who sold us the bed his name was kevin was really helpful did not pester us but let us know he was there to help us if we needed to ask any questions. We did this and he talked us though the advice we asked him to help us with. We went out the shop and decided to go with his advise and buy the bed. He was professional polite and very sincere the manger in the store was the same. We were Very happy

We encountered informed and patient staff who were only too pleased to guide us through the technical aspects and options in choosing the right bed for us.
