Great experience in Harlow - ask for Jay!
My parents-in-law were in dire need of a new bed and mattress having suffered a fair few years on a bony, springy mattress and metal frame bed. Having come into a little bit of money from a pension dividend this is what they decided to spend their very first small fortune on. We attended the Harlow branch of Bensons for beds and were subtly approached by a lovely chap called Jay. He asked a few questions and then took the in-laws for a turn on the bed that provides different firmness so they (and he) could see what they were after. Jay was an absolute diamond. Never pushy and very patient. No hard sell, although somehow they bought pillows too LOL. Jay is an asset to the team. I don’t have the order number to hand, but i can’t imagine they sell too many pink beds :)

Hollie at Harlow was brilliant! She even remembered our names when we walked in after about three weeks since our previous visit. She helped immensely with our purchase decisions and we were extremely happy.

Great shop and great sales assistant …
Went into the shop to look around and instantly fell in love with the bedroom furniture, the assistant was so friendly and knowledgeable and even came up with some new ideas for me we came back the next day and ordered for the same sales assistant .

Great service
I made two visits to the store when selecting a new bed and mattress. On both occasions the sales assistants couldn’t have been more helpful. They weren’t at all pushy but were knowledgeable and informed.
