Helpful and knowledgeable staff who understood our requirements and did not "hard sell" something we were not interested in. Great deal too. Looking forward to delivery.

Great service very welcoming really helpful all round excellent

Jamie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable making it an enjoyable experience.

Brilliant experience, very Knowledgeable and quick transaction

Really nice and helpful before buying - unhelpful after. Lack of clarity with change of order and passed on to finance company. Mattress terrible quality, followed instructions and still badly sunken in places. Just overall bad experience, I would pay more to get next bed/mattress elsewhere next time.

Helpful guidance and efficient order process.

We was extremely satisfied with the service we got on choosing our mattress so thankyou

Ann from Harrogate branch was very helpful whilst choosing my new bed. She made sure my choice was right by suggesting I try my choice several times.

Really helpful , checking stock etc

Richard at the Harrogate store was brilliant and very informative. I almost made a mistake of ordering a superking mattress without thinking about the headroom upon delivery. Richard told me to go away and measure before I ordered which I did and good job as it was apparent I needed to order a zip and link version to get it up the stairs! Richard was very helpful! Thank you!!

Very helpful staff and I now have a lovely mattress arriving just before my new bed does. I can’t wait.

Quick and easy. The person was helpful and knew the details of beds very well. he was able to give good advice.

My husband and I just called in to
Bensons in Harrogate. We just intended to
look at the beds. Talked to Richard who was so helpful, we found a mattress and base we liked. So decided to purchase.
Many thanks Richard for excellent service.

I was possibly the first customer of the day and was greeted by a smiling Richard. He was most helpful throughout the purchase, pointing out helpful alternatives and encouraging me to lie on several mattresses to ensure I got the right one for me.
Providing the delivery goes according to plan, I shall have no hesitation in recommending Bensons to my friends.
