Ann behind the desk was very helpful and informative.
Not sure about the blow bed up to simulate mattress firmness. The last time I used one of those was to get sick cows up on their feet after a bad calving. 🤣

First class guidance in the store. Quick delivery of my order. Delivery men arrived on time from Durham. They were 2 charming lads and did a swift & excellent job despite my flat being on the 7th floor. Unable to get their large vehicle through the entrance to the flats, they managed to carry everything quite a distance without any complaints.
