A bright and modern showroom. Excellent staff who greet customers and then leave to walk around the showroom themselves and when called over to assist, they are helpful and knowledgeable.

Amazing customer service
Our bed specialist was perfect in showing us exactly what we needed at what budget we was looking for.
We wanted a payment plan of 3 years and managed to do this with 0% APR.
Both very much looking forward to our new bed!

Buying a replacement matress
The Salesman we dealt with asked us clear questions and lisened to our answers before attepting to show us the matresses he then let us try several that he felt fitted our breif giving some back ground to the products Not once were we pushed into a purchase

Good advice from salesman lots of mattress to choose from. Also easy payment plan explained if we needed it .A very good experience overall. Only one member of staff on and a queue waiting. the prices were too high had to go elsewhere and got the same deal for 1420 pounds cheaper.

Can’t find one bad thing to say, Martin and staff at the Hastings branch were very helpful and understanding they didn’t pressure or over sell friendly, helpful, knowledgeable made the whole experience of choosing and buying a new bed very comfortable experience thank you guys really appreciated all your help from start to finish.
