Bensons For Beds - Hastings392 Opiniões

We walked into an empty showroom and were greeted almost straight away. Our salesperson listened carefully to what we felt we were looking for and asked some pertinent questions before showing us a range of mattresses which we were encouraged to try. I cannot imagine that he could have been more helpful and we left the store, having ordered a bed base and mattress.

The Salesman was very helpful and concerned that I got the right product to suit my needs. Would recommend Benson's.

Found them very helpful and informative

Gave good advise, but when you spend over nine hundred pounds should be free delivery at least

Dan spent plenty of time, not rushed to help us choose our mattress. In not time we found the perfect one ! Dan was brilliant in every way, a credit to Bensons for Beds.

Your salesman at Benson at St Leonard’s was extremely helpful with explaining all bout the mattress in there stire

Excellent service, very pleased.

Was Very helpful with us choosing the right mattress and giving all the information about the extra things to protect the mattress

Adam at the Hastings Store was fantastic ! So helpful, without being pushy and in the way, 10/10 !

Thing about mattresses is that you rarely replace them. Maybe every 10 years or so.When you do, you realise you know nothing about them. I’ve passed Bensons about 100 times and never considered going in. So, nice surprise, when I do. The salesman knew everything about them. No hard sell, nice guy, just wanted to help. And yes, everything was done right, sales, notifications, delivery and yes, the mattress changed my life. So thank goodness Bensons is there when you need them.

Great team , gave me all the information I needed

Felt like I could take my time, staff were knowledgable, good atmosphere in shop. Plenty of mattresses to try out.

Staff in Hastings store very helpful and sense of humour too. Not over pushy with sales which allows you to make your own decision on buying mattress.
We bought the frame from Bensons online

Excellent all round service, allowing us to identify the product of our choice without hassling us like so many store.
