We’ve had our new mattress a few weeks now and the whole process was a positive experience from choosing to delivery and aftercare advice.
Mark in Huddersfield branch was invaluable. He told us where to start by trying out and taking as much time as we liked. He left us to feel comfortable to approach him when we were ready to chat about which mattresses felt good for us and he told us so much helpful information. Not pushy just very approachable and helpful so that we could make the best choice for my medical issues. This is the seconded time we have purchased from Benson and I would highly recommend them

I explored almost all the different ranges available and explained that I needed a bed delivered within just two days, which seemed almost impossible!
However, the team were so gracious and helpful that they introduced me to their clearance section, where I eventually found one of the best beds ever! 😍
It taught me a simple but powerful lesson.
all I needed to do was ask!
Sometimes, the best things are waiting for us in places we never thought to look. A big thank you to the team for their kindness, patience and excellent customer service. ❤️

We wanted a single bed that would last from childhood to adulthood like our other bed.
Unfortunately there weren't many within our price range bearing in mind the mattresses are priced separately
We found one that was perfect.
From paying to delivery we were kept informed.
The delivery chaps were lovely
My husband and 3 year old granddaughter built the bed without any issues

I had a great experience purchasing my furniture. Andrei was very welcoming, patient and professional. He communicated clearly and took the time to explain all the different options available to me, without making me feel rushed or pressured.
He made me feel very comfortable and at home throughout my visit. I left the shop very happy and satisfied with my purchase and the excellent customer service I received.

Fabulous professional kind
From start to finish and every member of staff where friendly and helpful. Had some amazing laugh with too. Sales team at Huddersfield brilliant Ryan was fab and really helped with the important advice and supportive as I needed the right mattress for my medical condition. Also got help to bring delivery date forward when the the work on my room completed earlier than expected. Now on to the delivery guys barry and his side kick forgive me forgpt there names I have slept since then (finally). Oh how great st the bed took away the rubbish banter was funny. They where very professional calling first giving me a a time frame for delivery. Big thank to Benson

Bed and mattress all great
Bed and mattress all great, order and delivery not at all great. I selected assembly on my order but for some reason it wouldn't go on , I tried multiple times and thought I had been successful, but when deliver man came he said it hadn't been selected. He was extremely rude about having to deliver to my apartment even though I had stated the day before the lift was broken and there were 36 steps. I know this isn't ideal, but there was no need to be rude and complain about it to me, there is nothing I could do. No over shoe covers were worn either and I have cream carpets. The customer service wasn't there at all and I will now only buy from small local business as they understand the customer journey and in my experience are far more helpful

The purchase of the bed was great and…
The purchase of the bed was great and the staff in store very helpful. Unfortunately from there went very much down hill. We are currently awaiting our third delivery of the headboard for the bed as the previous two have been delivered very damaged. This is of no fault of the delivery drivers, it appears to be a problem from the source. However it is worth investigating as we will not be ordering from Bensons again due to this.
