Warmly greeted on entrance to the Huntingdon store. Connor assisted me, showing me various priced beds providing useful explanation on the materials used and manufacture of the matresses and I tried out a few. I was then left to have a wonder around and consider and formulate my decision on which mattress I would like to purchase. No pushy sales talk. The paperwork was professionally completed and fully explained. Time will tell if I have made the right decision!

The salesman was very nice, helpful and chatty! We chose and are happy with our choice. After sales not so good! Beware if you’re unable to lift things, we had to assemble the bed, lift the mattress on, all after we had to make holes in the base fabric in order to fit the headboard!! Not easy with a disability! Also asked whether we could get the mattress early as sleeping on the floor, even offered an additional delivery charge but was told no! I would think twice before buying again from Bensons.

The purchase of my new mattress was a positive experience from beginning to end. No pushy sales, just lots of information. Bensons kept me informed about my delivery date and time slot , the delivery guys called 30 minutes before arriving then swiftly took my mattress to my bedroom and unpacked it. Would highly recommend.

The sales service was great and the communication after we bought the bed until it was delivered was also great. The delivery service was easy to track and the team arrived in the delivery window. Clive, the delivery driver was really helpful.

We initially went into the Peterborough branch, and the staff had a didn’t care attitude, so we left.

Tried ringing the Bedford branch for over an hour no one picked up.

One last go I rang the Huntingdon branch, call answered immediately, so we decided to,pay them a visit.

So glad we did immediately spoken to and attentive service all through, nothing was too much trouble.
The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and not too,pushy. It pays to get the right staff and customer service. So that’s why they got our order.

Given a mattress test, then shown appropriate mattresses. Naturally they tried to push the most expensive!
We were given plenty of time to make a decision however, although did feel a bit pressurised. Lots of after sales extras pushed. Nice sales assistant however, seemed genuine.
Warning: don't stay too long or you get a parking ticket, however Bensons made sure this was cancelled but its unnecessary stress, and I wonder if this would have been cancelled if we hadn't purchased. Would be better if you checked your registration into a shop linked system.
Overall a reasonably good experience.

Very helpful at the store, enabling us to select the correct bed for our needs. Delivery within the time slot we were given, and a phone call in advance to let us know they were on the way.
Delivery men very polite and put the bed in the bedroom we requested. They laid it out in position and gave us tips to assemble the bed

Lovely shopping experience, timely delivery, great bed.

Original ottoman bed frame was not put together correctly and was not straight. The four slats at the bottom had lots of movement. The base was also flimsy and the bed creaked when moving around in the night. The velvet material was lovely.

This was then exchanged for a divan and headboard which was an extra £200.

We were told to dismantle the previous ottoman bed base. This was very heavy work for myself and my wife when it was installed by two male operatives.

We then were told we had to install the divan and headboard. We both have experienced back ache from this.

The headboard is of poor quality, the rubber foot has been snapped completely off and remnants left inside the packaging. The feet is heavily scratched and the material is dirty and ripped from where it looks to have been dragged through the factory floor. The material is also baggy on one side.

We aren’t able to use our new Tempur mattress with the new divan and headboard because of this.

We have spent £3000 and we feel the products are cheap (except the Tempur mattress) and the workmanship is of poor quality.

We are extremely disappointed.

The customer advisor Connor was very helpful at the Huntingdon branch and the delivery team were honest, respectful and provided a courtesy call.

The delivery drivers where on time,and they were quick and clean.

A great experience from start to finish! Knowledgable pleasant sales team, great information pre-delivery and a good information system. A lovely delivery and installation team who arrived on time and were well prepared.

Great customer service from start to finish and amazing advice to select the right bed and mattress for us. We can’t wait for it to be delivered :)

We went in to the showroom not sure of what we needed . Ryan from the Huntingdon Branch was amazing and so helpful . we now have a brilliant mattress and i am finally sleeping again . if we need anything in the future we will be visiting Ryan again. The Delivery staff were great , would highly recommend .

They helped us with what we wanted in showing us the different options they had , so listened well and was very helpful which made it very easy when ordering.
Did not feel pressured with sale talk
