Generally fine,just price of products a bit high and choice of products are less than expected.

Love the mattress and matching pillows. One minor complaint is the delivery charge you wanted for the mattress protector almost as much as the item! Otherwise brilliant.

I was pleased with the choice of mattresses on the Internet, but it was good to be able to visit the shop to check that the mattress I was thinking of buying was comfortable. The staff in the shop were helpful and pleasant, despite me discovering that in order to take advantage of an interest free purchase option I had to purchase via the Internet, rather than at the shop.

I was looking for a mattress (150-200) for my daughter. After review of availability and delivery time, the team proposed me a special offer and delivered the mattress as expected and in time ! A very good experience with a team involved in client satisfaction and service ! I've bought a mattress at "Bensons for beds" years ago and I will return to this shop without hesitation in the future !
