Venetian blind cord was damaged when…
Venetian blind cord was damaged when installer was putting chest of drawers together. He opened the blinds to get more light. This was only noted after he departed as he had not mentioned this. Disappointed,

Fabulous service
Fabulous buying experience. Staff were spot on and so helpful. Bought a new mattress for my mums bed in the south. I was contacted by text with delivery details and a call to say it had been delivered. You don’t get service like this nowadays! ..
I’ll try the mattress out next week 😉

Jacqui at Bensons, Inverness
Jacqui was so helpful right from the minute we came in the store. We were very close to closing time and she did not rush us and knew exactly what we wanted and this saved us looking at hundreds of mattresses! Jacqui was really friendly and made this very smooth and hassle-free when shopping with my husband!!
