The lady who looked after me had great knowledge of the products and was friendly and informative.

Salesperson was helpful and thorough and allowed me time to test mattresses without being pushy. Also made some helpful suggestions. A different salesperson at a previous visit to the same store was also very helpful even though I didn't buy anything at the time.

I actually cancelled my order because I decided that the bed that I had chosen was not right for the room. The cancellation process was easy and the staff were very helpful. I have bought two Bensons beds in the past and both have been very good. I will use the company again. A particular strength of Bensons is their very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thank you!

We went to the Inverness store. The staff were friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The product range was excellent and we were helped to find exactly what we were looking for. Cannot wait for our delivery to arrive!

Good choice of beds to choose from went to a few bed shops to try out but ended back at benson for beds ,good quality,didn’t pay the earth range of sizes,colours and a good range of headboards too . Brought a separate bed base for our spare room .staff on all occasions were very polite and wasn’t pushy like some of the other stores we had visited.

We received excellent service and advice from the friendly Inverness assistant and found the ideal replacement mattresses.
