shoping for a new bed & matress .
i knew from start to finish that i could trust bensons for beds in getting the correct bed & mattress to which suited our needs & by having the brilliant staff who took their time with us going through every detail & a very fair price . we was in no way pushed or hurried into buying something that would not be of any use to us in the long run,so the whole shopping experience was very good , delivery is due in a few weeks time so hopefully all will go as smoothly as the shopping trip & more importantly a good , restful nights sleep 😴.

Excellent customer experience
The Sales Assistant (Jay) was very informative and really couldn’t have done any more for us. We would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds on this basis

Disappointing experience
When in the store all went well, really kind service and all seemed good. Unfortunately we were misled on delivery options, resulting in us being without a bed following moving house. Then, when we tried to contact customer service they were unhelpful and dismissive and failed to call back at the times that I stated I would be available for.
