Very good experience with this purchase
The sales lady Sue was welcoming and helpful and let us try out several mattresses, lying on each for a good length of time to assess their comfort. Despite the usual long waiting time for the mattress they delivered it 5 days later and the two delivery men were brilliant - friendly, tidy and very strong, particularly taking away our old mattress! And a good price, too...

Helpful staff
We were greeted in store by Michael who asked if we were looking for anything in particular. He showed us round all the options for mattresses, divan bases and headboards that would be suitable for what we were looking for, plenty of choice in store. Michael quoted us and we went home to check measurements and went back the next day to place our order with him. Michael and the lady working with him were very friendly and helpful, thanks for all your help, you are a credit to the store.

Great Service
I always get knowledgeable, helpful and friendly service from the team at Bensons Beds. It is the only place I trust to buy my mattress and bed from and I am delighted with my latest mattress and bed. I think the follow up emails and delivery etc is also excellent.

Our sleep expert was Sue and she made us very welcome and helped us select our mattress very quickly. She even had the item we wanted in stock in the warehouse. So we were able to take it away on the day.

Tina was fab!

Really listened to what we needed and the speedy delivery was excellent when others can take weeks and weeks. Great service and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
