Stressful bed purchase
Nathan (hope I have name right) in Kidderminster was friendly and helpful. I told him what I wanted, he showed be some beds which fitted requirements, I chose one which was not the most expensive. No hard sell to get me to change my mind. Paperwork all done quickly with sensible explanation where needed.
Only annoyance was awful background music!

Very dissappointed in the service…
Very dissappointed in the service provided, after spending £3456 on a new bed the customer service recieved has been shocking - I havent even received it yet either. Will be cancelling my order today As it seems extremely difficult to get a resolution, even after the issue has been caused by one of their own team members.

The guys that delivered the bed were lovely. We have quite a tight staircase and they manoeuvred the bed and mattress up really well, they also removed their shoes which was an extra lovely polite touch! Top marks!

Nathan introduced himself, asked if we were ok and he would be happy to answer any queries we had, after trying the majority of the beds we asked Nathan a few questions, Nathan gave us some good advice, still not pushing for a sale, we decided on what we liked, brought and bed is arriving in 5 days

Tom is an asset to the shop!
My partner and I entered the store knowing the size and firmness of the mattress we needed, and had an ideal budget. We were served by Tom, who couldn't have been more helpful, directing us to a variety of different mattresses to try and explaining the features and price points of each one. Although it can feel a little strange lying on a mattress in front of a stranger, he was very courteous and looked away each time. Tom also has a great sense of humour and we exchanged amusing anecdotes along the way! When we decided on the mattress we liked, the payment, delivery and care processes were thoroughly explained. My partner and I left feeling very satisfied and are looking forward to our new mattress being delivered.

Highly recommend Bensons and especially their delivery team.
Salesman was very helpful and a quick sale.
Regular updates on delivery and reminder of delivery date. Tracking available showing location of lorry and number of your drop off out of total number of drops. Plus estimated time.
Updated constantly due to traffic. Then phone call 30 mins away. Brilliant. Highly recommend. Carl driver and Tom drivers assistant were amazing too friendly nothing too much trouble. Big smiles and friendly. Amazing people highly recommend them too.

I needed a new mattress and visited…
I needed a new mattress and visited Bensons I spoke to Tom and he was helpful but not pushy which I appreciated. There was an offer on the iGel mattress that I wanted but I went home to think about it. I went back the next day just to lie on it again to make sure and then Tom explained everything very clearly when I was buying it. Would definitely go back

Tom was very polite and offered us information and advice or to just wander round on our own until we were ready to order. He was knowledgeable about the items in the store and also for the items we were interested in purchasing. When we made our purchase, he explained the process fully and we left the store feeling reassured with our purchase
