Honesty
We were served ASAP by Gabriel who was extremely pleasant and helpful. I wasn't the easiest of customers because I was determined I knew what I wanted....but I didn't and he advised me patiently and with explanations about the developments in mattresses to ensure I was happy about my eventual purchase.

No refund for cheaper mattress
The rep did not tell us that the mattress in the showroom would be softer than the new one, as it had been used. This meant that the gel mattress I ordered was far too hard and I had to arrange for a different one. The problem is that although the new mattress was £400 cheaper we were not given a refund for the difference.

I am sorry to hear you were finding your mattress uncomfortable Geoff. We understand that everyone has different levels of comfort. With this in mind, we offer a great 40 night comfort guarantee service.
I’m glad you were able to take advantage of this service, but I’m sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. Your comments are valuable, and I will ensure they are passed on to the relevant team so we can continue to improve our service.

Everything was mostly great.
Everything was great.
Except the sales lady recommended I assembly the bed myself, to save a few pounds.
I spent over £3500 just to save a few pound to assemble the bed myself.
It wasn't as easy as the sales lady made it sound. The bed is heavy.

Gabriel, the store manager greeted us when we first arrived and looked after us so well. Gabriel was so knowledgeable and his customer service was outstanding. He took his time in allowing us trying different mattresses and explained them all in great detail. He really made, what we thought may be a stressful experience, so enjoyable and easy! Can’t thank him enough for his support
