The store was quiet and Tim was immediately available to help. He was knowledgeable about the beds and made the experience of buying a new bed fun and relaxing. I feel that with his help I have chosen the right bed for me. Thank you.

Great range and service

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful without being in your face. The store was clean and tidy and nice to see smiling faces on all the assistants.

I had never shopped at at Bensons before so didn’t know what to expect, from first walking in to my local branch I was welcomed by Tim who asked how could he help, I explained what I was looking for and was asked to follow him upstairs once there he showed me one of the options I wanted to see, after trying it out he then showed me my other option and straight away I knew I had found the ideal bed and base for us, I asked how much the pillows were that I’d use to try the beds out, after he told me the price he asked if we were side sleeper (which we both are) as these pillows are designed for side sleepers I asked him to add two to my order. Then it was on to headboards again I knew what I wanted and chose the colour that would match the bed, now for the bedding box there were quite a few to choose from and decided on one to match the headboard.
Then it was time to arrange delivery, a date was given but if I needed to change it for any reason I can do up to a few day before the delivery date.
Paid for all my items and thanked Tim for all his help he was an utter gentleman.
I would hesitate in shopping at Bensons again it was an enjoyable experience.

We received our bed and mattress 11th July and after 8 weeks our mattress has dipped on both sides, to the point where if we try to turn over or move in bed we have to lift our bodies up and end up on a hump in the middle of the mattress. We have both been suffering with joint pain also. I have escalated a complaint and awaiting a reply...I will post another review regarding the outcome

Quick and easy

The staff were very friendly and efficient, they looked after us well. They went through everything about the products, and once agreed what was needed we purchased. We even got a gift to take away, can’t wait for my delivery 📦

Syd was great at the Lancaster store, he guided us through all the options and helped us get a mattress, base, and headboard perfect for our needs. He also did his best to make sure we got an excellent deal. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. We had an excellent experience.

Debra was a terrific help to choosing the right beds for our move. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and after trying the Sealy Posturepedic I found exactly what I wanted. She gave very helpful advice about divan storage and headboards and was highly efficient and pleasant.

We had a good experience when we chose our new bed: friendly and helpful staff and a lovely selection to try. We look forward to it arriving and our first night of sleeping on it.
