Bensons For Beds - Leamington Spa535 Opiniões

Richard was amazing at helping us find the right bed, headboard and mattress for my teenager daughter. Plus the offers in the store that weekend were amazing.

Great service and knowledgeable staff along with quality products..

The sales lady, Catherine, was very polite, friendly and helpful. no pressure applied. She made the whole experience enjoyable.

Catherine gave the best customer service! Honestly the sale was completely down to her we weren’t even planning on buying there and then but the customer service we received made us know we were buying that day! We got both a mattress and a sofa bed in the end!
She was so polite, funny and overall likeable! She also had so much knowledge on the products and made great recommendations.

I had already researched what I was buying. the member of staff was very helpful. The ordering process was easy.

Liz was friendly and professional, very approachable and helpful with advice and support, very informative on the product and service and made the experience very calm and enjoyable.

Good attention and good product bought at Bensons

Extremely well explained throughout choice of everything, base, mattress, pillows and cover. All done in less than half an hour.

Great service from your colleague at your Leamington Spa brand (have completely forgotten his name, Richard - I could be wrong as only going by other reviews- middle aged gentleman with glasses)! Really helpful and informative. Really happy with my purchase. Thanks, Eve

Very Helpful Staff - not sure about the electric bed testing machine, but it was very comfortable.. Did have a moan about the delivery charge not being optional - so none of the prices displayed are what you actually pay - as there is a compulsory delivery charge on top. Upon speaking to a very helpful manager - they did point out that the charge can vary depending on how many things you buy, hence it not being included, but it is not very clear when you go in and see the original price. Overall - it is still good value, and had the extra cost been explained from the outset, I would have no complaints at all.

The bespoke consulting regarding mattress types and suitability, was really helpful.

Your Leamington branch is next to Dreams beds - your shop had the edge which is why I bought there - the lady there was brilliant and swung it for us

We just went to look, but the warm welcome we received on arrival and the great salesmanship won us over. As a result we bought a bed and more. Particular credit for this goes to Richard, who was friendly, knowledgeable and patient, leading us gently to choices that best suited our needs. We spent considerably more than we had planned, but are content to have done so because we are very happy with the choices he helped us make.

Excellent experience. Catherine and the other staff knew the products well and explained differences clearly. We were able to try out all the options and the purchasing and booking delivery etc went very smoothly.

Delivery in 2 hr window and excellent quality beds. Thanks.

The service, the technology to help explain different mattresses and the patience shown by the staff.

We were given a very good experience. We lay on a bed that assessed how we slept so we knew what kind of mattress was best for us. Richard was very helpful and patient and once we had decided on the one we wanted , it was a quick and easy process with delivery arrangement etc

Welcoming staff with a good selection of options
No pressure allowing us to discuss and decide which was the best option for us and any questions we had were answered
