The lady assistant was very good
The lady assistant was very good, very efficient. Listened to what I was asking of her. Showed me a number of beds /mattresses. I picked one but delivery not quick enough. The problem was the mattress. Tried another one which was good. She ordered for me and transaction completed. It would be good if more assistants were like this and not pushing too much. We I think were both satisfied with the conclusion. Would shop there again.

Seamless experience from start to finish. Knowledgeable service in store. Acceptable lead time. Good quality bed. Delivery guys, Wojciech and Brian were courteous and respectful of our property and offered a professional service, a credit to your business. We were allowed to browse without any pressure whilst all queries were answered with patience by a very pleasant young man. Although we had only intended to have a look we did purchase a bed, this would not have happened had we been harassed.

Purchase of Mattress on 22nd January 2026.
We were pleased with the friendliness of staff. We were served by Ashley, who was helpful and spent time answering questions, with no pressure to make a hasty decision. The delivery arrived as planned and the delivery men were quick and efficient. All in all we were impressed with Bensons - thank-you.

Staff in the showroom were helpful…
Staff in the showroom were helpful without being pushy and answered our questions.
The delivery time of 3 weeks was sooner than we expected so a positive. The comms about delivery were very good and we were given a 2hr timeslot. The delivery men arrived within the window and built the bed and cleaned up after themselves.
