Ian in Llanelli Parc Pemberton was excellent, he was approachable and friendly - not pushy! He knew all answers to our questions and gave great recommendations to our budgets. I had my baby in pram so required to use the lift, he assisted with this also. He was full of smiles and clearly has a font of knowledge of products and services.

The salesman was very helpful, listened to my needs, and wasn’t pushing for a sale.

Weren't pounced on as soon as we entered the store. Staff were super approachable and very helpful when I asked for advice. I was encouraged to try plenty of beds and not coerced into buying the moist expensive one. Very impressed

We called into Bensons beds, the Llanelli store and were served by John. He immediately noticed our arrival in store and straight away he came over to help. John is a wonderful sales rep. He provided such sound concise information regarding the various mattresses. Also he was incredibly efficient, we’d tried out 3 mattresses but made our choice within 20 mins and we then placed the mattress order with John and he dealt with it all effortlessly. This is our 3rd mattress/bed with Bensons and we’ve always had great service. It’s so important to try out a mattress/bed before purchase.

Very efficient friendly ordering service, amended delivery date with ease. Yet to take receipt and so can’t comment on this but quality and style in store looks like good value for money.

John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I trusted him fully and would recommend him.
