Good customer relationships

The staff that assisted us in the shop was knowledgeable and spent time with us to understand our needs. Managing the order and paying through the portal was very easy and straightforward. The delivery team was also great, careful and professional.Very satisfied.

Bought a mattress from the Luton branch recently and had a really good experience! Patrycja was very helpful throughout, taking the time to explain the different options and answer all my questions. She was knowledgeable, attentive and made the whole process much easier without being pushy.

The ordering process was smooth and straightforward and Steve was also great, friendly and helpful in making sure everything was sorted properly.

Really pleased with the service I received and would happily recommend the Luton store!!

Five stars for Patrycja at the Luton Chaul End branch! She went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase. She listened to our requirements, offered expert guidance on bedroom options, and showed great patience throughout our visit. Exceptional, professional service from start to finish. she is a credit to the team!

The sales representative in Luton store shameela was amazing.she was very patient with us and answered all our questions and was very reassuring.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Shameela provided a thorough store tour, explained the features of the various beds and mattresses, and answered all our questions. The customer service was outstanding.

A very pleasant experience without the hard sell.

Great delivery - comfy bed

They delivered on time and was really helpful

It was a very nice experience for me, and nice to meet lovely people at Benson Beds. We are very happy with our purchases. thanks bemson beds

The service was exemplary throughout. I was very pleasantly surprised! Purchased a mattress for my daughter. She is so comfortable on it she never wants to get out of bed!

I went in just to browse but walked away with a bargain on a double headboard.
Steven was incredibly helpful throughout the process thanks for the great advice, mate. Much appreciated!
Much recommended

We visited the store looking for a single bed and found one we really liked, so we decided to go ahead with the purchase. The lady who assisted us was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process. She was the only reason we felt comfortable completing the purchase.
Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were not welcoming at all. We wanted to view the bed from all sides, but when we asked for assistance, we were simply told to “turn on the lights,” and no one was willing to help move the bed so we could inspect it properly. Their customer service and attitude were very disappointing, with rude and uncooperative body language that made us feel unwelcome.
As we urgently needed the single bed, we had no other option but to proceed with the purchase. Otherwise, we would not have bought the bed or recommended this branch to anyone. Apart from the lady who served us, the overall customer service experience was extremely poor.

I had an outstanding experience at Benson’s Luton branch, especially thanks to Stephen, the customer service manager. When I visited the first time, he was incredibly professional and truly customer-centric, guiding me to make the best decision on my first bed purchase and i love my bed. Because of that, I returned on Friday, May 8th, and once again, he exceeded my expectations, i bought another bed and mattress. Stephen is a gem—so knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend Benson’s, and if you visit, ask for Stephen—he’s amazing

Received a new mattress and the old one taken away.
