Poor customer service and ignorant staff
Great number of options for both bed frames and mattresses however the sales assistant we had called Steve was pushy and wouldn’t take on board what we were saying. We told him a budget of £500 -£600 for a mattress and repeatedly showed us and tried to sell us mattresses for over £1800 then telling us to go for a finance option after repeatedly being told we were paying in cash in full and did not want that option regardless. It came across as he was trying to boost his commission not trying to help us at all. Came very close to walking away without a bed due to this. I sincerely hope the quality of the bed and mattress make up for his poor service.

Ryan dealt with our queries three days ago and so today as we liked him so much, we returned to place our order.

Would thoroughly recommend
I bought 2 pillows and a mattress protector, we have always bought a mattress previously. Steve who served us was great, very helpful and let us try different pillows until we found the right ones. All the staff were very friendly and we had a chat with them all.

The delivery driver Wojciech & assistant Brian were an excellent team worked very well together got my old Hypnos superking bed out with ease and got all the new furniture in and upstairs they communicate very well was polite courteous and used protectors over there shoes on entering my house I would highly reccomend this service

Emma was great in finding out what type of mattresses we prefer and directing us to the right ones on store. She then left us to explore and test each mattress without any pressure.

We visited our local store at mansfield…
We visited our local store at mansfield looking for a single mattress for our daughter. We were greeted by Gail who was very friendly and helpful and gave us time alone to try different mattresses before finally choosing the one our daughter preferred. Overall, our shopping experience was excellent, we had a laugh and came away with a happy teenage daughter, so all good!
