Excellent customer service
From the minute we walked into the metro centre Gateshead store Tony was most helpful and very professional. He took the time to show us round the show room, pointed out bensons 3 step promise/guarantee as well as helping us decided what items would be best for us based on our needs and budget. Nothing felt forced or pushy and we were delighted to come out having bought everything that we needed. He is a credit to the bensons for bed company

Buying my first home experience getting the bed
I believe his name was Neil who took us around and showed us beds and got us on this bed monitoring our sleep patterns and getting us us the best fit for us. This was our first time shopping for a bed and I would come back here due to him
The delivery service was amazing. They helped put it in. They were amazing. Respectful of my home. Even courteous enough to take their shoes off. I would 100% recommend them

Louise and her colleague were very helpful. Got exactly the mattress I needed even though not a huge amount of choice for adjustable beds. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for, including an 8 year guarantee on everything plus life time manufacturing fault guarantee.

The delivery service from Nick and his assistant Steven was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and handled the delivery of my bed and mattress with great care. They arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the process, and were respectful of my home. Both were efficient and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
