Good service and delivery, buy at the sales
We have purchased several beds from Bensons for Beds in New Malden in the last five years and every interaction has been very good. The sales team were knowledgeable and helpful, and more importantly, knew when to leave us to it when we were deliberating once all of the critical information was provided.
The process of buying a bed is never quick but when they pulled up our last purchases, they were able to process or order efficiently leveraging our previous details and preferences.
Our delivery was about 3 weeks from the date of order and we were provided with a delivery window the day before which they adhered to. Our delivery driver Garry and assistant Kehinde did a great job - quick, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, explained everything and left the room in perfect state (they wore shoe covers or removed their shoes). They were in and out within an hour having setup the bed frame and mattress, all well within the delivery window agreed.
We appreciate the service and are able to adjust so their logistics (ie delivery date and timings slots). They delivered the service as we agreed and we appreciate their consistency and good work. When it comes to value - check for sales as it makes a significant difference in the pricing.

I visited a few bed shops and found the lady at the benson’s shop very helpful.
Ordered an ottoman divan and a mattress - both are great and delivery was excellent too

Disgusting experience with delivery…
Disgusting experience with delivery from this Benson For Beds.
Driver Dean came in and found every reason why our bed could not get to a loft room. They were not there 10mins. If they still get paid despite no effort it’s disgusting. They even had the cheek to say they could leave it in my hallway for me to try. What do they get paid to do! Had to cancel order without a full refund, so we were penalised for their incompetence. Would never use again

I wanted to pay cash the shop new Malden wouldn’t take my cash the alternative was to drive to the Sutton branch from new Malden! I had to pay card then go to the post office to pay my cash …. If the internet had told me I may have chosen a different store to visit!

Awful as soon as we walked in the lady…
Awful as soon as we walked in the lady rolled her eyes at us. When asked to assist us she gave us a dirty look and didn’t really want to talk or help in anyway she had such a bad attitude! So Bensons for beds you have missed out on a sale of 2 mattresses. Because your staff ah awful no customer service what so ever!! Never going back!

Great Ottoman beds
Over time I have bought 3 ottoman beds from Bensons. I am very pleased with them. I particularly like the quality of the opening mechanism.
The latest (3rd) bed was delivered and assembled on Friday by Alan and George who were great. Efficient and careful.
