knowledgeable sales man made the purchase easy. closing down sale so limited choice but we got what we wanted. then we had to change it but no problem. all sorted.

Attentive staff at Silverlink, Wallsend who explained the various mattresses avaiable. Buying and delivery as promised.

The salesperson ( Sean ) who served us gave very clear and appropriate advice for our requirements.

The sales person Emma was so helpful but not in a pressure way. A nice personality and very knowledgeable. My daughter used Emma and said the same thing.

Lovely in-store staff, helpful and informative. Excellent communication once bed was ordered for delivery and delivery lads were great. Bed is very nice too! Huge thanks.
